COMPLETED - Theory and Practice of Directors’ Remuneration

We are happy to announce that publishing house Virtus Interpress has launched new research project – “Theory and Practice of Directors’ Remuneration: New Fundamentals and Challenges”. The main objective of the project is to outline recent practical, theoretical issues, new approaches in directors’ remuneration due to changes made in corporate governance during post-crisis period.

Project outcome: a book, which will be presented during a scientific conference in Nuremberg, September 25, 2014.
