Dear participants, below you may find instructions concerning the conference procedures.

Guidelines for the key-note speakers

Time for the presentation 40-45 minutes, and 10 minutes for the discussions.

The form of presentation depends on you. It may be done with the ppt slides or without them. If you wish to use ppt presentation, please send it to us beforehand so we may upload it to the equipment. We also would like to know whether you want us to upload any information (paper, speech etc.) concerning your presentation on the web page of the conference. In this case please inform us beforehand.

Guidelines for the presenters

Time for the presentation 20 minutes and 10 minutes for the discussions.

Secretaries of each section will contact you concerning your ppt slides of the presentation. Please be ready to prepare them before the 21st of May. If you are not able to do this before mentioned date and plan to bring it with you please inform us beforehand.
