The updated deadline for the full paper (or extended abstract) submission: May 15, 2024.
The conference will take place on June 6, 2024.
This conference will be a platform for presenting ideas on current issues and advanced practices that are currently shaping the concept of modern corporate governance. The event will focus on a variety of crucial issues of corporate governance, i.e., corporate ownership and control, earnings management, audit, corporate social responsibility and compliance, disclosure and transparency issues, financial reporting, board of directors’ practices, shareholders’ rights, etc. The upcoming conference will therefore provide a platform for academics and practitioners to investigate innovations, advanced practices, perspectives and challenges of the modern corporate governance. All the papers presented at the conference may be also published in one of the issues of the Virtus Interpress journals. These papers will be subject to a separate double-blind reviewing process after the conference.
