New Book on Directors’ Remuneration
Dear colleagues, at the beginning of this year we would like to inform you that we have started editorial procedures as for project “Theory and Practice of Directors’ Remuneration: New Fundamentals and Challenges”. We received materials from our colleagues to form Chapters of the book devoted to recent issues in directors’ remuneration and corporate governance. This book will be presented during the international conference “Global Financial Market and Corporate Governance: Issues of Efficiency and Performance” conducted with our partners in Nuremberg, September 25, 2014.
