New Book on Directors’ Remuneration

Dear colleagues, at the beginning of this year we would like to inform you that we have started editorial procedures as for project “Theory and Practice of Directors’ Remuneration: New Fundamentals and Challenges”. We received materials from our colleagues to form Chapters of the book devoted to recent issues in directors’ remuneration and corporate governance. We are really thankful to our contributors who have sent us manuscripts. The content of the book looks as follows:

We also plan to publish the book by June 1, 2014. This book will be presented during the international conference “Global Financial Market and Corporate Governance: Issues of Efficiency and Performance” conducted with our partners in Nuremberg, September 25, 2014. We will be happy to see you on this event to discuss findings mentioned in the book.
