New book has been released

The book is divided into four main parts. The first chapter of the book describes the capital structure, referring to the combination of debt and equity that a company uses to finance its activities. The second chapter deals with key elements of financial indebtedness. The third part is devoted to the financial restructuring process. The authors make a distinction between the degrees of the situation and clarify that when the business is underperforming, a turnaround is enough, and when the company is in stress, there is a need for restructuring. The fourth chapter is dedicated to an analysis of a case study of BTA Bank, an interesting bank that has been subject to two restructurings.
