Sufian Radwan Al-Manaseer examines the impact of debt ratios on financial stability through the mediating role of capital adequacy in Jordanian commercial banks from 2012 to 2022.

Fayez Alnusair, Nour Alhajaya, Moustafa Elmetwaly Kandeel, and Said Elsayed Kandil address the question related to the extent of the success of the Emirati legislator in achieving a balance between the supposed role of public policy exception and protecting the foundations, values, and principles of Emirati society when considering cases that contain a foreign element.

Adya Hermawati, Abimanyu Tuwuh Sembhodo, and Wahju Wulandari offer factual proof of the role of individual performance in the relationship between innovation culture and quality of work life to improve marketing performance.

Ahmad Saiful Azlin Puteh Salin, Zubaidah Ismail, and Malcolm Smith investigate how transparency affects the company’s performance, measuring transparency through firm disclosure policy and website informativeness.

Finally, Mirsad Sadriu and Driton Balaj highlight the way that governance indicators impact foreign direct investment as a proportion of a nation’s gross domestic product.
