Set of 3 books on corporate governance

Last year, publishing house “Virtus Interpress” initiated a new research project – set of 3 books on corporate governance. We are glad to announce that the books have been already published:

"Corporate Governance: New Challenges and Opportunities" (edited by Professor Vincenzo Capizzi, Professor Udo Braendle and Professor Alex Kostyuk) provides on a newly way a useful overview of what is currently in practice in many countries in terms of corporate governance. The most important contribution was made by the authors through providing serious arguments to assess the effectiveness of corporate governance practices and policies from country to country.

"Corporate Governance in Emerging Economies: Theory and Practice" (edited by Prof. Robert W. McGee, Prof. Khaled Hussainey and Dr. Yaroslav Mozghovyi) offers in-depth analyses of the current practice of corporate governance in some interesting emerging contexts and novel empirical evidence on the impact of corporate governance mechanisms on both capital structure and firm value in emerging economies.

“Corporate Governance in Arab Countries: Specifics & Outlooks” (edited by Prof. Dima Jamali, Prof. Virginia Bodolica and Dr. Yulia Lapina) represents a valuable addition to recent publications in the field by shedding light on the evolving corporate governance arena in a specific cultural and regional context, namely the Arab world.
