Update on the book project - Board of directors and company performance: An international outlook
The editorial team of Virtus Interpress is happy to announce that Pablo de Andrés has joined the editorial team of the new book titled "Board of directors and company performance: An international outlook", which is due to be published in January of 2019.
Pablo de Andrés Alonso is Professor of Finance at the Autonoma University of Madrid. Previously he had a position at the University of Valladolid (Spain). His research interests include corporate governance, financial decisions and real options. He is currently an Editor of the Spanish Journal of Financing and Accounting. He has been a visiting researcher at Harvard University in 2009 and visiting scholar at City University London in 2012. Pablo de Andrés has published many works in the field of corporate board.
