This review covers the conference book titled “New outlooks for the scholarly research in corporate governance”, edited by Marco Tutino, Valentina Santolamazza, and Alexander Kostyuk (Virtus Interpress, 2023; ISBN: 978-617-7309-23-8). Modern corporate governance is indeed a dynamic and changing set of guidelines, practices, and procedures that are used to steer and manage a company forward.
