Corporate Governance and Organizational Behavior Review

This is an open access journal.
Corporate Governance and Organizational Behavior Review is published quarterly by Virtus Interpress. Editorial cooperation with the Sapienza University of Rome is arranged through the Department of Management. The journal considers the interaction of corporate governance as a system with an external environment in contrast to the corporate governance as a system itself. Behavior of the structures of the system of corporate governance in interaction with other stakeholders is a subject of the journal.

The journal was launched in 2017. Starting from January 2022 it is a complete Open Access journal.
Corporate Governance and Organizational Behavior Review adheres to the BOAI definition of open access: that users have the right to "read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles".
